| Necky Phantom - 19' x 17" - Carbon - haven't weighed it (but can), but it's light - like maybe 27/28 pounds. Ocean cockpit. Interchangeable foot pedal or tiller bar steering. Spray skirt. Great in open as well as flatwater races. It's been raced in the Bogey and Bacall, Soundrowers Great Cross Sound race and other "lumpy" open water races. It's a fast boat! $900 OBO.
